"The association of Kyudo of Koto ku was founded in the 29th year
of the Showa period. Thanks to the efforts and the guidance of many senior
members, the association has now become something like a family.
There are two 'kyudojo' in Koto ku: one is the 'Koto ku sports hall' -twelve
minutes walk from Sumiyoshi station on the Shinjuku subway line- and the
other is the 'Fukagawa sports center', a five minutes walk from Monzen-nakacho
station on the Tozai and the Oedo subway line. There, more than 150 members
gather together to deepen their understanding of Kyudo.
Besides, owe to the convenient location and its accessibility, people from
Koto ku and also from other places come to the Dojo to chat happily, share
life experiences and to make good use of their spare time. We kindly invite you to come and practice with us."
